Watford home bakery is the brand of two Hungarian girls in London. They decided to start baking cookies in December 2008. They thought that London could benefit from some Hungarian cuisine, so they started their business using only Hungarian materials and foods, and they consider forwarding their Hungarian heritage a mission. They want people to get to know Hungary through their wonderful cookies, and hopefully this will translate into greater tourism from the Isles to Hungary. They have a repertoire of 10-15 Hungarian delicacies, with pogácsa being the most popular, and this little delicacy is really catching on in London and the surrounding area.
